I love everything about the ocean, the beautiful soothing blue colors, the smell of the salt air, the sound of sea gulls squawking and waves crashing onto the shore. That’s why I enjoy painting it so much. I get to play with those lovely blue paint colors, mixing and swirling them together, getting lost into the scene as I work on the foam and the sea spray.

Rough Sea Acrylic Painting on Wood

This painting was satisfying from start to finish! I was really in the zone when I painted this. I finished in two and a half hours! Amazing! So many times when I get inspired to paint something, I don’t finish right away and then it can take days or weeks to get back to it.

The original painting is on a 12″ wide x 12″ high wood surface painted with acrylic. The sides are 3/4″ and painted. No need for a frame. Ready to hang. Wire hanger on back. If you hurry you can purchase the original on Etsy.

I only wish it was bigger. But the cool thing is that I uploaded it to Society6 and Red Bubble and it can be printed on huge wall art like tapestries and canvases. I really like it on the wood wall art pictured below:

The fabric wall hanging comes in two sizes (small pictured below). It is made of polyester yarn and includes a wooden dowel and cotton yarn for hanging.

They also offer duvet covers, throw blankets and square and rectangular pillows. When you click a link , you can scroll down to see more products with the same image. I love cooking and I believe that healthy eating does not mean deprivation and sacrifice. I have found ways to make all of my favorites without using hydrogenated oils, processed sugars, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, etc. In my home we eat vegan pizza, burgers, fries and chocolate shakes, in a healthy version of comfort food. I will be blogging all of my recipes here and I will discuss tips on healthy living for the mind, body and soul.
